Over the past few years, we’ve learned that too much sugar can have lasting negative impacts on our health. Recently, the American Heart Association released new guidelines, recommending that men get no more than 9 teaspoons of sugar per day, and women no more than 6 teaspoons. This may mean rethinking your traditional Thanksgiving recipes.
